Requirements

• Facilitation of Business Development activities through clear internal and external communication at all levels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, potential strategic joint venture and technical partners/ project collaborators both in private and government sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationship and contacts with leading public sector.
• Responsible to explore new Strategies for Business Development.
• He/ she should have strong exposure of Business & Domestic market.
• Expertise in liaison with both Governments. & non Government authorities.
• Formulating Contracting strategies, Tendering bid evaluation, preparing commercial clarifications, negotiation, contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Take decision for “to Bid”/”Not to Bid”.
• To plan the succession in the key roles in order to build a competitive team.
• To promote company's ethics and values by communicating them to the sector.
• To enhance the company's brand by participating in forums, delivering lectures, seminars etc.
• To plan, supervise and manage the implementation of ISO process etc. in order to adhere to the quality guidelines.
• To coordinate training & development, coordinate career growth of the subordinates, manage team performance.
• To take up initiatives for self improvement.
• To promote cooperation between the sectors in order to ensure harmony for mutual benefit.
• To understand the client requirement and expectations in order to satisfy the client and to communicate that to the team.
• Liaise with Egis S.A./Group Companies/International subsidiaries to progress for areas of mutual cooperation.
• Project Egis India in general, R&H sector within Egis India in particular, in positive light at meetings, seminars etc. in France (eg. Egis Conference)
• Ensure proper liaison reporting and coordination with Egis JV Partners, in case of JV projects within the group.
