The assignment involves the preparation of City Development Plans (CDPs) and City Investment Plans (CIPs) for three towns (Gaya, Aurangabad, Sasaram) with focus areas of Urban Economic development, Social Assessment, Urban Infrastructure, Human Resources and Institutional issues. Preparation of the CDPs and CIPs will consist of sector analysis reports outlining the profile of the city, city visions-2030, sector goals and development strategies that come out of a structured consultative process. There will be three stakeholders’ consultation workshops at different stages of the CDP preparation wherein outcome of every stage of CDP preparation will be discussed for feedback's.
