Egis India to prepare Comprehensive Mobility Plan for Jalandhar, Bathinda and Patiala cities
The project involves study of existing and proposed land use pattern & transport network pattern, identification of the consequences of pursuing alternative transportation strategies and developing and operationlizing an Urban Transport Planning (UTP) model using state of the art modeling techniques and software packages, appropriate to the conditions and planning needs of study area.
A strategic transport policy and parking policy is to be integrated as part of urban planning.
