Supervision Consultancy Services for L&T Krishnagiri Walajahpet Tollway Limited
The National Highway Authority of India has taken up the development and the up gradation from 4-lane to 6- lane, the NH 46 road between Krishnagiri and Walajahpet under NHDP Phase-V programme in the State of Tamil Nadu. NH 46 is of strategic importance to the country as it connects the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore, to the South Indian leading city in manufacturing and IT, Chennai.
This work is currently being carried out by L&T Krishnagiri Walajahpet Tollway Limited, which has issued a work order to Egis India for as the Supervision Consultancy Services of the project. Egis will be overlooking the quality assurance, construction supervision, general progress monitoring, etc. Egis will also bring in its Value Engineering skills to optimize the project inputs with the aim of reducing cost without compromising on quality or functionality.
