Egis acquires a second Polish company: Biprogeo Projekt
At the beginning of December, Egis finalised the purchase of the Polish company Biprogeo Projekt, specialised in design of infrastructure and urban road networks. Biprogeo Projekt will be 100% owned by Egis Poland.
Due to this the second acquisition, Egis reinforced its presence in the strategic regions of Poland.
