Detailed Project Report for Water System
The Irrigation and Flood Control Department (IFCD) of Manipur has launched a project to effectively utilise the full potential of Thoubal River as a primary source and supply the treated water to the Imphal city.
The proposed project shall fulfill the objectives in general while preparing the following Utilities:
· Augment the supply of water to Imphal city from Thoubal dam.
· Raw water Transmission main.
· Water Treatment Plant.
· Raw & Clear water Pumping stations.
· Proposals for intake works and treatment plant for treating the water to acceptable levels.

· Design, Estimates, BoQ’s of Intake Works and transmission main
· Design, Estimates, BoQ’s of Treatment Plant and master balancing reservoir
· Design, estimates and BoQ for Tunnel for 3 km
· O&M Plan
· Environmental and Social Assessment.
