Mumbai Metro Line 3, with 33.5 KMs long underground corridor running along Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ and 26 underground stations is the biggest metro project in India.
Egis is part of the Consortium offering General Consultancy Service for the project.
As, Metro Mumbai Line 3 is a full underground, there is high risks involved during the approaching monsoon. Therefore, from 20 April, work has been restarted on site on the project. The main goal is to prepare the building site for the monsoon.
The work is resumed with strict on site and at office safety measures to guarantee the safety of every worker: temperature is taken at the entrance, everybody has to wear a mask, sanitizers have been placed at the entrance of the office, site, canteen and toilets and social distancing is applied.
